We take a holistic view on coaching which includes a detailed movement screening then personal functional program to bring easier court coverage and reduce the potential for injuries.

Our group lessons range from beginner to advanced for junior and adult players. We design our group lessons around the abilities and needs of the players and ensure a fun and relaxed environment with a clear focus on progression each week. We combine specific drills, movement routines and games each designed to help players to feel less rushed, more relaxed and confident on the court.

We deliver coaching to National teams, clubs, organizations and groups of friends. Our bespoke coaching can range from days to weeks and takes place in Dubai as well as globally.
